Jeni Mose Bio

I’m Jeni Mose, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor.  I believe bringing one’s unique, honest self to the therapeutic relationship is imperative as I provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment in an attempt to aid clients to thrive in life. My knowledge, understanding, humor, and authenticity offer a collaborative, yet individual approach to reaching the most beneficial solutions for clients’ principal concerns.  Through empowerment and support, I strive to help my clients love themselves for who they are while also addressing presenting and underlying problems.

At the foundation of my therapeutic approach, I first pursue a client-centered approach to help you hone in on and improve your strengths as you are the experts in your lives.  I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to challenge possible self-sabotaging and irrational beliefs, increase responsibility for choices, and learn to self-soothe and regulate mood.
