Session Attendance & Scheduling

Your appointment is an hour that is reserved just for you and we ask that you respect this time. Clients who have a pattern of last-minute cancellations can be denied “prime time” appointment slots, usually in the late afternoon or evening times, or discharged from counseling to make room for clients who are waiting.

It is your responsibility to contact your counselor for appointments and clients will be discharged after 30 days of inactivity. You are always welcome to contact us again in the future when you are ready to resume therapy.
