If you struggle with the fear of death, daily anxiety about dying, or difficulty finding meaning in the face or mortality, you are not alone. This group offers a supportive space to better understand these fears, learn how to manage them, and help you feel more in control. This is a six month process group that meets every other week for those with death anxiety. This group provides a space to process and explore fears of death and provides members with tools to manage anxiety and live more meaningful lives.
