I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about helping adults (18+) navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Lincoln Memorial University in 2013 and my Master of Social Work from Capella University in 2019. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to create lasting change.

My treatment approach is collaborative, client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and person-centered techniques to meet each client's unique needs. I believe every individual has inherent strengths, and together we can build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. Outside of the therapy room, I strongly believe that self-care is essential for overall well-being. I encourage clients to discover what helps them recharge and reconnect with themselves. For me, my happy place is the beach, where I find peace, perspective, and renewal—something I hope every client can experience in their own unique way.
