Therapy for Children, Adolescents, Adults & Families | Strengths-Based, Compassionate Care

I'm Alex, a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), addiction, co-occurring disorders, and family or relationship difficulties. I also support clients through major life transitions, helping them build resilience and find clarity during times of change.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy, meaning I work closely with you to build on your existing skills and inner resources. I believe that lasting healing begins with trust, and I strive to meet every client exactly where they are in their journey.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. This integrative, personalized model allows us to explore challenges more deeply, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating identity or school pressures, or an adult facing stress, relationship issues, or emotional struggles, I’m here to help. I truly believe in each person's capacity for growth and change, and I feel honored to be part of that journey.

If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and personal growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you."
