Betty Reynolds About Me

About Me


Betty graduated from Florida International University with a master’s degree in social work specializing in children and families. She did extensive clinical work with chronically ill and technology dependent children and their families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami. From specializing in Medical Family therapy and Family Systems therapy she has in recent years specialized in providing clinical therapy to adults and older persons with chronic debilitating diseases. She has worked with first responders with PTSD symptoms as well as children and adolescents with adjustment problems and trauma.The types of therapy commonly used is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy ,Trauma based therapy techniques and Mindfulness.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Betty offers a comforting therapeutic approach to individuals, families and adults struggling with depression, anxiety and challenging life transitions. Betty is currently offering Telehealth as well as in-office sessions by appointment at our Stuart location.

I graduated from Jacksonville University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and ten years later I attended and graduated from Florida International University with a master’s degree in social work specializing in children and families. I underwent my clinical practicum work with chronically ill and technology dependent children and their families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami.
